At Thalia & Co., we stand behind the quality of every product we sell, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind within 30 days after receipt, just return the item(s) and we'll issue a full refund for you. Please refer to Return Steps for more information.
Moreover, we'll pay return shipping cost for the following cases:
Item Manufacturing Defect
If the received item is found to be a manufacturing defect. Please feel free to contact us to apply for a return. We'll evaluate if the item has a manufacturing defect.
Please note: We will not accept any return in which the goods were damaged during usage or your incorrect action. Please be advised that natural impurities are not defects; they're one of the characteristics of natural gemstones.
Item Not As Described
In this case, the item received is found to be not as described in either the parameter list or detailed description on our website. Please let us know which parameter is not as described so we can take care of it!
Please note: Due to photo technology problems and the lighting, there might be color difference of your display screen. Also, the images might be enlarged for detail. The weight is the main factor of the cost, so generally the size of products is smaller than fashion jewelry. Please double-check the actual size information with us if you have any doubt or concern.
Shipment Issues
If you haven't received your package within the estimated delivery time, please kindly contact us at info@thaliacoboutique.com and we will offer a solution as soon as possible, as customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Please note: All estimated/typical delivery times are estimated from data collected from past orders and carriers' information. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, which is out of our control. But normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Non-Refundable Cases
We want you to love your new jewelry, but sometimes things happen. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. However, there are a few cases not applicable for refund.
The item is damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance. This includes but is not limited to: stone and metal jewelry that has been exposed to harsh chemicals (such as Liquid Silver Polish).
If your product was damaged due to one of these factors, we cannot accept it for return or exchange. If you believe this may have happened, please contact us before applying for a refund or exchange so we can work with you to come up with a solution that works for everyone!
