US Shipping Policy 

  • Purchases over $100 come with free shipping for customers who live in Canada and US (based on their currency)
  • Shipping fees are based on your location and the carrier you select. 
  • If your order is returned to us for the following reasons ; Insufficient address, unpaid customs, there will be addition fees for re-shipping. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot change an address that is already in transit. 
  • Parcels cannot be forwarded or sent to an address other than your billing address. 
  • U.S. Shipping time - Estimated 3-9 business days 

International Shipping Policy 

  • Shipping rates depend on your location and the shipping carrier you select. 
  • If your order is returned to us for the following reasons : Insufficient address, unpaid customs, there will be addition fees for re-shipping. 
  • Depending on where you live, Customs Fees can be charged by your government, we can't guarantee you will or won't be charged one.
  •  International Shipping time- Estimated 5-15 business days 

International Shipping timeline 

  • Orders will be processed or shipped out 2 TO 3 business days after purchase. 
  • A 2-3 business day processing timeline does not affect the shipping timeline. 
  • You may expect more delays for the personalized items.
