US Shipping Policy
- Purchases over $100 come with free shipping for customers who live in Canada and US (based on their currency)
- Shipping fees are based on your location and the carrier you select.
- If your order is returned to us for the following reasons ; Insufficient address, unpaid customs, there will be addition fees for re-shipping.
- Unfortunately, we cannot change an address that is already in transit.
- Parcels cannot be forwarded or sent to an address other than your billing address.
- U.S. Shipping time - Estimated 3-9 business days
International Shipping Policy
- Shipping rates depend on your location and the shipping carrier you select.
- If your order is returned to us for the following reasons : Insufficient address, unpaid customs, there will be addition fees for re-shipping.
- Depending on where you live, Customs Fees can be charged by your government, we can't guarantee you will or won't be charged one.
- International Shipping time- Estimated 5-15 business days
